Our next virtual, multifamily cohort kicks off on Feb. 24! 

Interested in joining the cohort? Before enrolling in the program, we ask you either attend an info session or watch the info session recording. Then email cleanbuildings@seattle.gov to request an enrollment form.

The program offers: 

• Time-saving support to navigate laws and documentation 

• Tailored one-on-one coaching 

• Drop-in hours with experts 

• Building walk-throughs to identify opportunities for emissions reductions and energy savings, resulting in a “punch list” you can use with management to prioritize projects 

After the kickoff workshop, there will be three subsequent workshops:
